Service Description
In partnership with Richemele International Consultants, the ACEA program is coming to Africa with its new hybrid delivery model. The program consists of two x 4 hours virtual sessions, which will take place on 11th and 12th July 2023, followed by three days of classroom-based learning in Mombasa on 19th, 20th and 21st July 2023, and finally, a final live virtual session on 27th July 2023. The virtual sessions will allow participants to connect with each other and the course director, Sarah Richson , from the comfort of their own homes or offices. Participants will have access to a range of online resources, including discussion forums, case studies, and interactive exercises, designed to help them deepen their understanding of the course content. The classroom-based learning component of the program will take place in Mombasa and will provide an opportunity for participants to meet face-to-face with their peers and the course instructor. The three-day classroom-based component will be highly interactive and will include group exercises, role plays, and case studies, allowing participants to put their newly acquired skills into practice. The final live virtual session will provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on their learning, share their experiences, and ask any remaining questions they may have. The ACEA program covers a wide range of topics, including leadership, communication, time management, project management, and much more. By the end of the program, participants will have developed a deep understanding of their role as Executive Assistants and will be equipped with the skills they need to excel in their roles.
