Terms and Conditions for Booking the Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant: ACEA®
Booking Confirmation:
a. To secure a seat for the Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant (ACEA®) program, the participant must complete the online registration and payment process.
b. Enrollment in the ACEA® program is subject to availability, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment:
a. The full payment for the ACEA® program is due upon the date contained in the Invoice.
b. Payments can be made through the designated payment methods on the website or as communicated by the program provider.
Early Bird Bookings:
a. The program provider may offer an early bird pricing option for the ACEA® program, subject to specific terms and conditions.
b. To qualify for the early bird pricing, participants must submit their registration and payment in full by the designated invoice date and before the early bird expiry date, as stated on the program website or promotional materials.
c. Failure to complete the registration and payment by the early bird expiry date will result in the participant being charged the standard pricing for the ACEA® program.
Cancellation by the Participant:
a. If the participant wishes to cancel their registration for the ACEA® program, they must notify the program provider in writing (email or letter).
b. Cancellation requests received up to 10 days before the program start date will be eligible for a credit note equal to the paid amount, which can be applied to a future ACEA® program.
c. Cancellation requests received after 10 days before the program start date will not be eligible for a credit note, and the participant will forfeit the entire registration fee.
Substitution of Participants:
a. If a registered participant is unable to attend the ACEA® program, they may nominate a substitute participant from the same organization. The substitute participant must meet all program requirements and be approved by the program provider.
Cancellation by the Program Provider:
a. The program provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the ACEA® program due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
b. If the program provider cancels the ACEA® program, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee paid.
Program Content and Materials:
a. All program content, materials, and intellectual property provided during the ACEA® program are the exclusive property of the program provider.
b. Participants are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or share program materials without prior written consent from the program provider.
Participant Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the ACEA® program.
b. The program provider reserves the right to remove any participant from the program if their conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without providing a refund.
Liability for Loss of Costs:
a. The program provider shall not be held liable for any financial loss incurred by the participant due to cancellation, rescheduling, or any other changes to the ACEA® program.
b. Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for assessing and managing their own financial risks related to attending the ACEA® program, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.

By completing the registration for the ACEA® program, the participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
