AI Workflow Architecture Module
Launching 2027
Artificial Intelligence is changing the way organizations work, and Executive Assistants are increasingly expected to understand how it can improve productivity, information flow and executive support.
Coming to ACEA® in 2027
From 2027, ACEA® will include a new AI Workflow Architecture module designed specifically for Executive Assistants.
The focus is not on learning individual AI tools. Instead, delegates will explore how AI can be incorporated into smarter, more efficient workflows across everyday executive support activities.

From AI User to Workflow Thinker
The aim is to help Executive Assistants move beyond using AI for isolated tasks and begin thinking more strategically about how work itself can be improved.
To support the module, delegates will also receive our exclusive 8-part AI Workflow Architecture learning series, providing practical guidance and further insight into designing intelligent, responsible and effective workflows.
The module will cover...
-
Identifying opportunities to improve executive support processes using AI
-
Capturing and structuring information for more intelligent workflows
-
Connecting people, processes, systems and AI
-
Using AI to support briefings, reporting and decision-making
-
Reducing repetitive work through automation
-
Maintaining human judgment and oversight
-
Understanding security, governance and responsible AI use
-
Applying AI Workflow Architecture to a real Executive Assistant process

For ACEA® Delegates in
Fall of 2026
Delegates on ACEA® courses during Fall 2026 will also receive the complete 8-part AI Workflow Architecture downloadable learning series.
In addition, you will be invited to join the AI Workflow Architecture module on an ACEA® Online course during 2027 at no additional cost.
This means Fall 2026 delegates can still benefit from the new module even though it is being formally introduced into the ACEA® curriculum from 2027.
