Course Summary

Welcome to the Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant: ACEA® classroom format, an intensive and dynamic 5-day program designed to empower executive assistants with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Running from Monday to Friday, the course immerses participants in a comprehensive learning experience from 9 AM to 5 PM for the first four days, concluding with a half-day session on Friday, wrapping up at lunchtime. At the heart of our classroom version lies an engaging and interactive approach, spearheaded by a seasoned executive who bring their expertise and real-world insights to the table. Delegates can expect a blend of teamwork, breakout sessions, and course exercises, fostering a collaborative learning environment that encourages active participation. The pinnacle of this program is the 50-question open-book assessment, which is conducted in the BMTG e-learning Academy, our cutting-edge learning management system. To achieve certification, participants must demonstrate full attendance, active engagement, and successful completion of the online assessment, scoring 70% or higher. Upon completion, delegates are awarded one of three grades: Pass, Merit, or Distinction, depending on their performance. A Pass is awarded for scores up to 93.9%, while Merit is granted for scores between 94% and 97.9%. For outstanding achievers scoring 98% and above, the prestigious Distinction awaits. To ensure an optimal learning environment, we carefully select venues that meet our high standards, typically a 4-star or above hotel or a dedicated business training centre, depending on the location.
